The full Office experience

With Microsoft 365 you can access all your well-loved programs and applications like word and excel. You also gain access to apps such as PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, and Outlook. Microsoft office then offers online programs such as OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.

Microsoft Teams is included

Teams are like the well-known Zoom calls and offer a fast, reliable, and easy to use integrated service in your Microsoft 365 subscription. It allows you to video, calls, message and share documents with your colleagues regardless of if you are working from home or in the office.

Do more with OneDrive

Like other cloud storage systems, OneDrive allows you to store and send large amounts of files from multiple points. Wherever you can get an internet connection, you can have access to your stored files, making OneDrive a great tool for those working in multiple locations each day.

Run a paperless office

Going paperless is a great way to save money, reduce your carbon footprint and increase efficiency. With Microsoft 365 there are multiple tools that help to eliminate the need for printouts, such as Microsoft forms which allows the online ability to conduct team surveys.

Outstanding digital security

The system updates automatically so you are never without the most up to date security. You are protected from hackers and phishing scams to malware, ransomware and GDPR breaches.

Business continuity

Not only does having a secure cloud-based storage system allow you to work anywhere, but it also protects your workforce in the event of a disaster. If files are lost on a computer, there are backups available on the OneDrive across all your workforce. This accessibility allows for greater business continuity.
